We stumbled upon this lovely guesthouse after seeing the signs by the side of the road, and it was a "top choice" that wasn't mentioned in the guidebook. The staff were incredible: friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. We had a choice of rooms because it was quiet, and we chose one on the first floor with its own terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, offering a fabulous view of the mountains, where we enjoyed our welcome mint tea. It was very pleasant to go for walks along the river to the kasbah. It's 30 minutes from Ouarzazate, and personally, I preferred this magical place. I'll be back to spend more time there, and this time with my family.
