This guesthouse is actually the home of Abdelmajid and his family. He welcomed us with incredible kindness and warmth, and we enjoyed typical Berber dishes deliciously prepared by his mother (royal couscous, "Berber pizza," oranges with cinnamon, etc.). Their hospitality was amazing; Majid even had dinner with us, and it was such a pleasure to chat with him about Berber life, the history of the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, which he showed us the next day, culinary traditions, and so much more. We slept very well and returned to the Tifaoute guesthouse on our way back from our trip, as it was so hard to leave Majid, and we were so charmed by his warm welcome and authentic atmosphere. A must-visit destination if you go to Ait Benhaddou!
